To all Heineman Residents,

All residents are now able to connect to the water system on Heineman Road. All residents will
need to do a water application, with social security, and identification card. Below you will find
information concerning prices:

• Water Deposit $45.00

• Residential Water (Heineman Road) $30.00
-After the use of 1500 gallons of water its $2.50 per 1000 gallon for residential use.

• Cut Off Rates
1st Offense $50.00
2 Offense $75.00
3rd Offense $125.00
4th Offense $150.00

• Use of Debit/Card has a 10% fee attached to the payment amount.

If a customer has a balance of $10.00 or less the cut off fee of $50.00 will NOT be applied to
the customer’s account. However, the 3% penalty for not having a S0.00 balance by the 15th
of each month will still be applied to the customer’s account.

The Town Hall will not take any water payments after 4:30 pm. The drop box will still be
available to all customers.
